An agreement to purchase the former Clinton Motel property to serve as the site for the Ringgold County Jail was one of the actions by the Ringgold county board of supervisors in meeting Friday and Tuesday.
A team of Mount Ayr Community eighth grade girls ended post-season basketball play with a 10-2 record recently.
