Jessie SCROGGIE served 15 years in the National Guard and the Air Guard. In 1952, pictured at right, he was assigned as a paratrooper in the 82nd Signal Company which was stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Jessie served active duty during the Korean War.
