On Thanksgiving Day 76 friends and family were guests of Jim Tull and family at Tull Farms Shop in Redding, Iowa. Before a bountiful dinner of turkey, dressing, and all the trimmings, prayers were said for family members unable to attend: Irene Tull of Creston and Cleone Hosfield who was a patient in the Ringgold County Hospital. They were both greatly missed at the gathering.

Very special guests after dinner were Mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus. More than 20 small children anxiously made Santa aware of their Christmas wish list. Many pictures were taken and life long memories were made by young and old alike.

Those attending were Jessie and Josh Haidsiak, Shad, Jaci and Alee Ryan Parrot, Toad and Jennifer Tull, Blake Butler, Jentry and Daniel Graham, Dylan and Drew all of Diagonal; Joyce and Doug Frost, Jolene Frost, Jaixen, Jaize, and Jaiya, Josh Heidtman, all of Kellerton; Dick and Leonore Overholtzer of Weldon, Iowa; John F. and Mary C. Overholtzer, Christian Overholtzer, Howard and Jenesse Tull, Bob and Jenifer Johnson, Richard Johnson all of Tingley; Rick and Annie Schweitzberger, Anistyn, Teag and Emrey, Jeremy and Jana Browns and Jessa of Grimes; Camron Collier, Bracken, Wyatt, and Kammy of Grand River; JoAnn Quick and David Quick of Woodbury, MN; Brad and Becky Johnson, Braden and Brandy, Glen Tull, Jean Tull, Woody Birch, Lee Reineke of Creston; Craven Martin, Justin and Jess Frost, Sadie and Dawson, Jeanine and Mack Greene, Robbie Mason, Kaydence and Ryker, Bert and Molly Murphy and Rowan, Roger McGahuey, Brandon Greene, Talyn and Tate all of Mount Ayr; Nate and Nicky Head, Ellie, Hunter and Gunnar, Jim Tull and Debbie Quick of Redding.
