Main Family Reunion
The descendants of Marvin and Lucille (MERRITT) MAIN held their first reunion on Sunday, October 11, at the home of Doyle
and Connie RICHARDS of rural Tingley. After taking group photos and eating a delicious meal, the "older cousins" enjoyed
laughing at old photos, catching up with each other's lives and reminiscing while the "younger cousins," who range in age
from a recent high school graduate to two months old, got to know each other. The occasion was the first time the whole
family had been together for several years. Two birthdays were also celebrated, Marvin MAIN'S which was September 30 and
Jack MAIN'S which was October 11. Those attending besides Marvin and Lucille MAIN of Mount Ayr were their daughter and
son-in-law, Connie and Doyle RICHARDS of Tingley and their son and daughter-in-law, Jack and Sandy MAIN of Mount Ayr;
grandchildren, Kris (RICHARDS) and Bruce QUICK of Tingley, Kelly (RICHARDS) STACKHOUSE of Tingley, Jodi (RICHARDS) and
Dan BEERMANN of Norwalk, Chad and Jenny MAIN of Grimes and Nikki (MAIN) and Jon BINNING of Warrensburg, MO, and great-grandchildren,
Colton and his friend, Amelia BECKER, Austin and Ashton QUICK and Cody, Kaci and Jamie STACKHOUSE, all of Tingley,
Alexis, Sadie and Marci BEERMANN of Norwalk, Ali, McClarin (Marci) and Kaylee MAIN of Grimes and Megan and Sarah BINNING
of Warrensburg.
