Brown Reunion
The annual BROWN Reunion was held Saturday, August 16, 2003 at the Ellston Community Hall with a potluck
dinner at noon. There were 28 people attending. There were three deaths reported: Harlan BROWN and Shane ROBINSON,
both of Winner, SD, and Carlson (Hank) HENRY. Those attending were: Roger BROWN of Macomb, IL; Bonnie ROBINSON of
Winner, SD; Howard and Roberta BRUMGARDNER of Laclede, MO; Hillman and Georgia WALTER of Wilber, NE; Gale
BROWN of Neola; Sharon and David ROBINSON of Altoona; Marvin and Leona BROWN of Nevada; LaRetta NOVAK, Hendi and Rick
COLE, Scott MOORE, all of Creston; Mary HARRIS of Grand River; Brian and Carmen FOLAND, Bruce and Dawn of Murray;
Fred and Janell STATTS, Luria and Grant of Ellston; Reta and Larry FRIEHAGE of Ellston; and Randall
BROWN and Doris TODD of Mount Ayr. The next reunion will be held on Saturday before the third Sunday in
August.
