REVEREND WENDI (MARILEE) GILLAN
Beaconsfield United Methodist Minister, 1995 -
Wendi was born in Cheyenna, Wyoming and later moved to Fullerton, Nebraska. In 1986 she received her Bachelor of Science Degree
in Business Administration at Kearney State College, Kearney, Nebraska. She was the Chief GED Examiner and taught classes
for the Computer Spectrum, Inc. and the Nebraska Community College. Then she answered the call to the ministry. Wendi
was appointed the United Methodist minister for the Beaconsfield - Grand River - Kellerton churches in July of 1995. The
following autumn, she becamclasses at Saint Paul School of Theology in Kansas City, Missouri. Jim, Wendi's husband,
was born in York, Nebraska where he and his father owned and ran the Gillan Bakery. Jim farmed for twelve years in
the Central City area.
