SENEY, Iowa -- Early in Twentieth Century.....Elam Chapman & wife, Lizzie (Alderson) Chapman began married life. This house was owned by Jonathan Alderson (Lizzie's father) - sold some time later in 1960's to a man named Paul Eich. This house sat on the corner lot, located across the intersection, northeast of the Seney Methodist Church.
