This picture is of Thomas and Mary (McCarty) Clary (later Clarey) who were Irish immigrants and early settlers of Plymouth County.  They were married at St. Michael Catholic Church Galena, Ill. Jo Daviess County on April 05, 1864.  They Homesteaded 80 acres in the “East half of the North East quarter of Section twenty two in Township ninety one of range forty seven” in Plymouth County. ~Photograph provided by family descendant, Linda Linn
