LYMAN CLARK FAMILY   

Lyman Clark came to the Merrill vicinity from Macedonia, Iowa, in 1928, the son of John and Anna Clark.  He and his brothers graded many roads in the Merrill area.

Lyman was married to Ayleen Hamilton, the daughter of Daisy and William Hamilton, who were early day settles in the Adaville area, in 1936.

In 1941 the Clarks bought the Mike Kounkel farm south of Merrill.  Two children were born to Lyman and Ayleen, Joan (Mrs. Gerald Johnson) and Larry.

Lyman Clark passed away February 9, 1972
