Arvid Otto Rurode |

from Arliss Powell - Arlissann80@comcast.net |
Arvid, son of Louis & Amelia, was born at home on his parent's farm. He was born with a slightly malformed right arm. Today it would have been corrected immediately, but in his case, he carried that arm slightly crooked all his life. He attended public school and parochial school at St Paul's Lutheran Church in Yorktown, Page Co., Iowa. In later years he sold Mormon Products which was a well respected animal feed company. Farmers spoke well of him. The writer believes he married and was living in Tarkio, Mo at the time of his death. [written Jul 9, 2006] |
