OBITUARY
Wade
Samuel Wade, 80 years of age, died at midnight Saturday at the home of his son-in-law, Officer Frank Thorpe, 1017 Iowa street, from the effects of old age and paralysis, having suffered a paralytic stroke about three months ago. Deceased was born in Pennsylvania, but had been a resident of this state for thirty years, the last eight of which have been spent in this city. Deceased leaves three daughters and two sons--Mrs. Thorpe and Mr. B.F. Wade, of this city; Mrs. Emma LaBari, of Tama; Mr. A.D. Wade, of Webster City, and Mrs. Mary Fetterhoff, of Fremont, Ind. Excepting the latter two all were present at the funeral, which was held this afternoon at 3 o'clock from the United Evangelical church, Rev. McCrea officiating.
Internment was at Riverside.
