Gilman--Death of William Ackley--Other News Notes.

Gilman. Jan. 31. William Ackley, who for thirty-one years has resided in Green Castle township, died on Wednesday evening at 5 o'clock after a protracted illness with kidney complaint, aged 85 years. The funeral services were held at the family residence on the farm. Rev. W. E. Smedly officiating, assisted by Rev. C. L. Hammond, on Friday at 2 p.m.
