The photo above is housed at Pella Community Memory Database with the following description: This is a golden colored booklet about 5.5 inches by 8.25 inches. There are 62 pages filled with a brief description of each of the churches in Pella at the time of the writing of this booklet in 1969. A few pictures of the church buildings in 1969 are found. A chronology of the inception of most of the churches mentioned in this book is found on page 60. The author describes the first church by Henry Pieter Scholte, and the subsequent additional churches and the reasons why the church separated.

Mission Fest Canteen in West Market Park in 1989

The photo above is housed at Pella Community Memory Database with the following description: People mill around a temporary wooden structure, with windows on the top half and plywood on the bottom in Market Square Park. The people inside the structure appear to be working at waist high counters, and the people outside are standing at the windows, or lounging on furniture in the park. Strings of light bulbs she light inside the structure. This is the Mission Fest Canteen, which is used by the Reformed and Christian Reformed Churches during the week of Mission Fest. The year is 1989, which is to be the last year for this structure.

The photo above is housed at Pella Community Memory Database with the following description: A photocopy of an article form a special issue of the Pella Chronicle, "Pella, Iowa, A Modern City", showing pictures of four of the eight churches in Pella at that time. The four churches pictures are the: First Baptist Church, Second Reformed Church, Third Reformed Church, and First Baptist Church. All four buildings have since been torn down and replaced with more modern buildings.
