We beg leave to acknowoedge receipt of your valued order of 12/5 forwarded us by Wm. [or Mr.?] Evans for 300 Gross Antiseptic Crayons, Many Thanks, which will receive our prompt and careful attention. Thanking you for the above and awaiting your further favors, we are, Yours very truly, W. M. Welch Company, Per C. S.???"
