26 Iowa City High Graduates Planning To Attend Iowa U.
Althought excited over graduation and summer vacations, many of the Iowa City high seniors are thinking, "What will I do next year?"
Many
are planning to attend the University of Iowa. Those who are definitely
going are Betty Jane Anderson, Carl Gill, Max Memler, Alice
McCollister, Ralph Dunlap, Lois Sample, Herbert Smith, Robert Eaton,
Ruth Blair, Floyd Mann, Josephine Sidwell, Richard Worthley, Vernal
Wagner, Richard Cambridge, Velma Roberts, Eleanor Droll, Edward
Shannon, Irene Donohue, Jane Hogan, Louise Axen, Toy Mason, Don Floyd,
Donald Irwin, Margaret Betz, Helen Ries, and Mary Frances Hauser.
Joyce
Anderson and Lu Verna Foraker will enroll at Irish's Business college;
Helen Mott will attend the Paris Beauty school in Cedar Rapids. Ingalls
Summerhays plans to enter Olivet college, Olivet, Ill.
Many of the seniors are undecided, some plan to work, and others are just going to wait until fall comes.
