Mr. E. Trott, Western agent of the Children's Aid Society of New York, accompanied by Mrs. M. Ward, arrived in our city Thursday morning with twelve children, for whom he was seeking homes.  They were a lot of bright looking well dressed and well behaved boys and girls from four to fifteen years of age, and good homes were found for them in our city and vicinity.

The following persons took the children:  Mrs. W. T. Williams, took Jessie McIntyre, aged 8 years.  Geo. W. Platt, of Hudson, Nellie Newton, aged 9.  A. J. Norris, Josephine Bernard, aged 8.  E. P. Streeter, Morris Bergen, aged 16.  A. Winther, Reinbeck, Alfred Hecht, aged 14.  H. O. Chase, New Hartford, Thomas Burke, aged 15.  John Gibson, John Beacker, aged 15.  J. W. Garton, Waterloo, Geo. Maine, aged 15.  Chas. Dorman, Finchford, Willie Hogan, aged 5.  Levi Epley, Otto A. Assmuss, aged 14.  Chas A. Rownd, Henry Schweizer, aged 4.  Mrs. A. Byers, James Gibson, aged 9.  Fred C. Gutknecht, Hudson, Horace Greeley Ferris, aged 10 years.  The last named being the boy who came from Vinton, mentioned in another article.
