CAPE CORAL, FL - Vincent S. Putz, 87, Cape Coral, FL, died Sunday, Dec. 16, 2001 in Cape Coral.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Wednesday, Dec. 19 at 11 a.m. at St. Andrew Catholic Church in Cape Coral.

Visitation was Tuesday, Dec. 18 at Metz Funeral Chapel, Cape Coral, with a Moose Service at 7 p.m.

He was born Sept. 3,1914 in Elkport, IA. He retired from John Deere Tractor Company, Waterloo, and moved to Cape Coral in 1976. He was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church, Fourth Degree Knights of Columbus, A Pilgrim Moose Lodge #2395, Elks #2596, all of Cape Coral.

Surviving are nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death was his wife, Ruby C. on Feb. 25, 2001.

The Metz Chapel of Harvey-Engelhardt-Metz Funeral Homes, 1306 Lafayette Street, Cape Coral, FL. 33904 was in charge of arrangements 941-542-2134.
