NEW HAMPTON - Beatrice A. Koudelka, 88, New Hampton, died Monday, Nov. 26, 2001 at the New Hampton Care Center of natural causes.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 29 at St. Mary Catholic Church, New Hampton with Rev. Carl Schmitt presiding. Ann Bennett was organist, accompanying the St. Mary's Choir. Dorothy Heying and Patricia Kellner, nieces, placed the pall and presented the offertory gifts.

Interment was in St. Mary's Cemetery, Little Turkey with Michael Kellner, Mark Kellner, Tim Heying, Rod Heying, Donald Busta and Bob Busta as pallbearers.

Visitation was held 4-6 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28 at Hugeback Funeral Home, New Hampton, with a 4 p.m. Rosary and 6 p.m. Scripture Service.

Beatrice was born May 6, 1913 near Little Turkey, the daughter of Joseph and Anna (Praska) Koudelka. She graduated from Lawler . High School, followed by a year of college at St. Catherine's in St. Paul. Bea began working in the Engineer's Office in Chickasaw County in 1944 and retired in 1974. She had been a New Hampton resident, since 1950. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church and Rosary Society.

Survivors include nieces, Patricia (Bob) Kellner, Waterloo, Dorothy (Norman) Heying, St. James City, FL and Colleen Busta, Lawler; great-nieces and nephews, great-great nieces ana nephews and great-great-great nephews.

Preceding her in death were her parents; one sister, Helen Busta; a nephew, Donald (Sluggo) Busta and a great-great nephew, Gary Kellner.
