PHOENIX, AZ - Jeanette V Johnson, Phoenix, AZ died Saturday, Dec. 8, 2001 at Maricopa Hospital, Phoenix, AZ following a lengthy battle with cancer.

Interment will be Friday, Dec. 14 in Phoenix_:

Jeanette V. Slick was born July 1938 in New Hampton, the daughter of Ronald ana Marian Slick. She graduated from New Hampton High School in 1956 and lived in New Hampton until 1969 when she moved to Phoenix, AZ.

Survivivors include six children, Terry, Linda, Jamie, Diane, Bobby and Michelle, all of Phoenix, AZ; her mother, Marian Slick, New Hampton; two brothers, John (Vickie) Slick, New Hampton and Randy (Shelly), Savage, MN. and a sister, Vickie (Randy) Klostermann, Epworth

Preceding her in death were her father and a grandson.
