LAKE OSWEGO, OR--  Word has been received of the recent death of Alice Barta, 103, in Lake Oswego, OR.

Funeral services will be and Don. Alice's sisters were held Wednesday, Dec. 26.    

Burial will be in the Williamette National Cemetery in Lake Oswego. 

Alice was born and raised in New Hampton. She and her husband, James Barta became  the parents of two sons, Virgil and Don. Alice's sisters were Gertie, May and Iva.

Memorials may be made to the United Methodist Church and the Senior Center in her name.
