ALTA VISTA- Bridget Loes, 20, died Thursday, Feb. 82001 as a result of a motor vehicle accident near Colwell.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 13 at Str-^emard Catholic Church, Alta Vista with Reverend Roger R. Rethamel officiating. Sara Recker will be the organist and will accompany the St. Bernard's Church Choir singing "Be Not Afraid", "You Are Near", "Peace Is Flowing Like A River", and "One Bread One Body". Denelle Gonnerman will he the soloist and will sing "On Eagle's Wings". Lectors will be Kevin Loes and Dennis Tolliver. Mass servers will be David Zweibohmer, Andy and Mark Folkers. Eucharistic Ministers will be John Loes and Steve Loes. Gift Bearers will be Joe and Natalie Loes and Brad and Alyssa Cline. Bridget's parents and her two brothers will place the pall.

Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery with Shawn Ostlund, Mitch Ost-lund, Nathan Loes, Aaron Loes, Ryan Loes, Eric Loes and Brian Zweibohmer serving as casket bearers.

Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 12 at Conway Funeral Home, Elma where there will be a 4 p.m. Rosary and 7 p.m. Scripture Service. Visitation will also be an hour prior to services at the church.

Bridget Catherine Loes was born Dec. 6, 1980 in New Hampton, the daughter of Brian and Marjorie (Tolliver) Loes. She was baptized and confirmed at St. Bernard Catholic Church, Alta Vista. She graduated from New Hampton High School in 1999 , and went on to attend Aviation I School in Arlington, TX. Following her schooling she moved to Wisconsin and worked for a short time before moving back to Alta Vista. She was employed as a manager at Pizza Hut in Charles City and also as a waitress for the Last Call in Alta Vista. She enjoyed playing in the Wednesday Pool League, golfing, fishing and her many collections. Sne also loved horses, dogs and cats. She was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church, Alta Vista and the Youth Choir there.

Survivors include her parents, Brian and Marjorie oes, Milltown, WI; two brothers, Jason (Christina) Loes, New Hampton and Cory Loes, Davenport; boyfriend, Brian Zweibohmer; paternal grand-parents, John and Mary Kay Loes; maternal grandfather, Walter Kobliska, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Preceding her in death were her maternal grandparents, Norma Kobliska and Virgil Tolliver; maternal great -grandparents, Glen and Irene Springer and Roy and Minnie Tolliver and paternal great-grandparents, Leo and Eileen Loes and Lloyd and. Angeline Mahoney.
