NASHUA - Leola C. Jacobs, 90, Waukon and formerly of Nashua, died Monday, March 5, 2001 at the Good Samaritan Center in Waukon of natural causes.

Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 9 at St. John Lutheran Church in Nashua.

Burial is in Sunnyside Memory Gardens at Charles City.

Visitation was from 4-8 p.m. Thursday, March 8 at the Chenoweth & Son Funeral Home in Nashua and one hour prior to services Friday at the church.

Surviving are one son, Merrill (Marlys) Jacobs, Waukon; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two sisters, Odis Riden, Charles City and Mary Jones, Galesburg, IL.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Jake and one brother, Chester Pals.
