Junior Hummel, formerly of Riceville, died on Sunday, November 25, 2001, at 1:00 a.m. in his home at Austin, Minn, of Cancer.

A closed family viewing was held at Mayer Funeral Home in Austin, Minn. He had chosen to donate hid body to Mayo Clinic Cancer Research, therefore at this time there will be no open service.

He is survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
