FREDERICKSBURG--Mabel L. Rhea Gesner, 80, Reseda, CA and formerly of Fredericksburg, died March 28, 2001.

Mabel was born Oct. 8, 1920, the daughter of Roy and Ursa (Adams) Rhea. She will be remembered by many friends in Fredericksburg and hundreds of other "children" who worked with her at the Disney Studios.

Surviving are one son, Jim Gesner; two daughters, Vicki Friedmann and Barbara VanWormer; two granddaughters; four cousins, Leola (Don) Buhmann, Lucille Loper, Harold Zearley and Patsy (Ronnie) Kocher.
