PLAINFIELD - James Faber, 45, Plainfield, died Thursday, July 5, 2001 at his home from an apparent heart attack.

Funeral services were held 11 a.m. Monday, July 9 at Heritage United Methodist Church, Waverly.

Burial was in Harlington Cemetery, Waverly.

Survivors include his wife, Karla (Balk) Sloan; two sons, Josh and Andre, both of Forest City; two stepchildren, Danille and Eric Sloan, Plainfield; his mother, Phyllis Faber, Forest City and a brother, Alan, Woden.

Preceding him in death were his father, Delbert and a brother, Douglas.
