  2. Any entry with Directory information in the right column is taken from the 1883 Directory which was printed with the 1883 map. That entry lists the 1883 township.

  3. Multiple ownership on land is also entered alphabetically under each individual.

  4. Lakes, schools, towns, churches & cemeteries are listed under those headings.

  5. Spelling of names – There is a wide range of spellings throughout the plat.
