Patontownship, Greene county, 16 miles n. e. of Jefferson, the county seat.

Evangelical, Methodist Episcopal and Presbyterian churches, a bank
and a weekly newspaper, the Paton Portrait. Exp. U. S. Tel., W. U. Exp., Adams.
