This is to certify,  That Oscar Arnold Bolsinger, Private Co. M. 350th Inf., National Army is hereby Discharged from the military service of the United States by reason of Having been accepted for service by the Local Board for Clayton County, Iowa, reported at the Camp for duty, and having been later exempted from the military service by the District Board for the Northern district of the State of Iowa, his discharge from the service is directed, per D. S. O. #70, Hds. 88 Div. Nov. 2, 1919

 
Said Oscar Arnold Bolsinger, was born in Graham, in the State of Iowa.
 
When enlisted he was 29 years of age and by occupation a farmer. He had blue eyes, Light brown hair, fair complexion, and was 5 feet 6 3/4 inches in height.
 
Given under my hand at Camp Dodge this 3rd day of Nov., on thousand nine hundred and seventeen.
