Mr. and Mrs. Charles Clark, Aurora visited
Sunday at the home of her brother, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Martin, Jr.,
on Hwy 150 south of town. In the afternoon Mrs. Martin went to
Oelwein and picked up Dora Carter at the Nursing Home and brought
her to Fayette where Mrs. Martin added Mrs. Clark, Mrs. Helen Fox,
Grace Meyer and Madge Benton to her group and drove around in
Fayette to especially point out to Miss Carter the changes and
improvements since she had been away the past few years. This was
the second time Miss Carter had been back to Fayette since being a
resident at the Nursing Home. It was a very pleasant few hours and a
thoughtful deed for Mrs. Martin.
