The L.P. A. Kensington was held yesterday
afternoon at the home of Miss Margaret Paine. The guest speaker Mrs.
Robert L. Fox, gave a very interesting and illuminating talk based
on experiences during her three year residence in Instanbul, Turkey.
Answering questions, Mrs. Fox described in detail foods, rugs,
vegetation, political aspects, life in
Robert College in which
she and her husband are instructors and exhibited many interesting
articles typical of the country. There were 125 present, many coming
from other towns.
