Obituary of Josiah C Smith
In the afternoon of that day, the
1st of March, occurred most painfully at his house, the
death of Josiah Smith, after a short but severe illness. The
deceased was a quiet and worthy citizen living immediately
in his own family and a circle of friends, who will mourn
his loss. Today (Wednesday,) we understand that the remains
of the departed will be taken to West Union for Interment." |
