This case came before the Court by change of venue. Plaintiffs claim $10.00 bal. on acct. Debt Atty Van Anda filed answer of denial with Cross claim of $2.90 for work  v  money not paid. Plaintiff (Thorpe) orally denied set off. Plaintiff  B Thorpe testified proved owed his Acct book, debt testified his adjustment that plaintiff have no cause of action, and that debt have and recover judgment of the plaintiff for the cost of this  cost taxed at $2.80.  Items of cost, Court $1.00, J. L. Satterlee $1.00, Const. Wilson: on notice, 45 cents, on venue  35 cents (75 cents paid)
