Decatur County Journal January 10, 1907 To Whom It May Concern: Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received at any time up to l2 o'clock noon of the 29th day of January, l907, for the contract for the erection of a Court House in Leon, Iowa, according to plans and specifications, which will be on file in the Auditor's office in Leon, Iowa, after January 1, 1907, also with Smith, Wetherell and Gage, Architects, Des Moines, Iowa. All bids to be filed with the County Auditor of Decatur County, Iowa, and all bids to be accompanied by a certified check or draft to the amount of 3 percent of bid as a guaranty that whatever bid the Board may accept, the Contractor making said accepted bid, will furnish the County a good and sufficient Bond as by law required for the faithful carrying out of said contract so let. Contract to be let to the lowest responsible bidder that the Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Done at Leon, Iowa, this l9th day of December, l906. H.G.
