Census Sampling Questions

Persons whose names were listed on specific lines had additional questions.  Unfortunately, this section was not filled out.

They did not fill out very much info on the 'Inmates'. I did not put in blank columns.  Column 8 had "Inmate" as the first entry but blank the rest of the way down.  Column 21 had "Inst" for ever person.
