This is the grave of Platt Armstrong, 1833 - 1921 that I found
in Ferguson cemetery, Sac County, Iowa near the city of Lake View. Platt
enlisted in the Civil War from Wheatland with the 26th Iowa Infantry and
mustered out as a corporal at Washington D.C.
Thought maybe it would be of
interest to Clinton County since he started out from there. Steve Hanken
