Farmersburg Seniors Receive Diplomas At Graduation Program
Farmersburg - The Commencement exercises were held at the opera house last Wednesday eveing and were enjoyed by a large crowd. the program was as follows:
Processional - Ella Mathews; Invocation - Rev. Feller; Vocal Solo "One Fleeting Hour" - Marinette Oelke; Introduction of speaker - Supt. D.R. Cottrell; Address "The Power of Purpose" - Bruce F. Gates; Piano Solo "Les Joueaux Papillons" - Jamaine Eggers; Presentation of Athletic Awards - C.R. Johnson; Presentation of Diplomas - Supt. D.R. Cottrell; Vocal Solo "In the Garden of Tomorrow" - Lillian B Lewis; Benediction - Rev. Feller.
Members of the graduating class are Kenneth Behrend, Robert Corlett, Winifred Dickman, Winnifred Fuelling, Florence Ihde, shirley Kishman, James Mathews, Carlton Radloff, Eunice Tielbar, Milton Voelker.
