I.O.O.F., Elkport The Oddfellows lodge of Elkport has changed its name to Jos. Morris lodge in honor of Jos. Morris, a former resident of Elkport. Uncle Joe as he was familiarly called, upon his death willed all his property to the lodge. In recognition of his worth as a man the lodge erected a fine monument over his grave, and has now changed its name in his honor. D.D.G.M.
