Meadow Dec. 30 1862 Moved & seconted that H. Higby be Presid. for the evening & O.D. Othout Sec. for the same time & carried. Moved & adopted that a committy of three be appointed to wate on J. Cayton to see if he will agree to a charter drawen up by Mcleland & carried. Moved & Sec. that B. Bettys be President of grand meadow Cemetery association & carried. C.H. Barnes & C. Vanhooser elected directors. P.G. [? P.J.] Bailey elected treasurer. Moved & sect. that S. W. Courson be secretary of this association. Carried. Messrs. Barens, Higby & Hanks appointed committy to wate on J. Cayton carried. Moved & sect. that they meet next Saturday evening. Carried. Moved & Caried. We know ajourn. H. Higby (Pres) O. Oathout (Sec.) |

22, 1897 Grand Medow Cemetary Meeting was held May 22, 1897 at Grand Medow School House for the anual meeting of the society. Meeting was called to order by the Pres; John Leui. Moved & carried that John Leui act as Chairman for the evening, the Following officers were Elected, Moved & Carried that the sead Henry Range be Pres Moved & Carried that John Winkowitsch be Sec & Treas Moved & Carried that we elect Three Directors, George Oldag is to serve one year, John Kluss is to serve two years & Helmuth Schutte three years. Moved that we have a meeting each year to elect officers The Directors votted that Herb Dunning put up a fence in Front of Cemetry at 50 cents per Rood [Rod], Gorge Oldage [Oldag] is to fernish 40 Post for hiching Post at 6 cents per post, John Leui Furnishes 18 Seasoned 7 boot Post and 4 Braces for Corner Post & 2 Strat hinge Moved & Carried that the Directors Fernish little gate Moved & Caried that Henry Range furnish 4 Corner Post Moved & Carried that we fix fence Friday May 28, 1897. Moved & Carried that John Leui & John Winkowitsch collect deus of said Society.
