Transcriber's notes:
1) The book is arranged by Block and Lot #. The "Translated Grave Site" is an attempt to standardize location on the lot using a "key" for searcher's reference. Otherwise there is no standardization to the grave site numbers other than the order of burial on the lot, but not the location on the lot. 2) Occasionally someone is shown to be buried on a lot whose indicated owner has no relationship to them. This occurs when the original lot owner information wasn't updated in the book at the time the lot was transferred. Andrew Johnson, current sexton (as of August 2023), can't always account for the records of previous sextons.
3) Burials are now current (as of 8/3/2023)
4) Some of the entries, such as the funeral home names are inconsistent in the entries. It is the responsibility of the researcher to determine accuracy.
5) There are errors, and it is difficult to know if it is an error in the record or on the gravestone. The transcriber was able to validate some of the information on visits to the cemetery or other means.
6) Researchers should be aware that the information provided in this transcription should always be independently verified.
