August Jungk, brewer,
Guttenberg, has had much experience in the manufacture of
beer. His brewery is built of stone, and contains all the
necessary machinery and improvements for making the best
beer. He was born in Germany, in 1835, and came to the
United States in 1858. He lived in Dubuque for a time,
and then went to St. Paul, Minn. He came to Guttenberg in
October, 1875. His wife came to his country from Germany
in 1854. They have four children William, Charles,
