9:30 a. m.-Delegate Meeting at the Auditorium, Fourth Street, between Grand Avenue and Chestnut Street.
The Home Coming Veterans, not members of the Department, will assemble at the Coliseum, Locust Street and river Bank.
2:00 p. m.-Grand Parade. Veterans will assemble at the Coliseum. The parade will be in charge of Adjutant General Guy E. Logan, assisted by his Aides and Chief of Staff. The Fourth Iowa Infantry Volunteers have been detailed to act as Escort to General Grenville M. Dodge.

NOTICES. 
 
The Coliseum will be open all day and every day for the use of the Veterans for their heart-to-heart talks about the war time days and their good byes.
 
There will be Martial Music in front of the Coliseum every evening from 7:00 to 7:30 o'clock, and music by the Band inside from 7:30 to 8:00 o'clock, when the program will begin promptly.
