Last Will and Testament of S. B. Blackman
I, S. B. Blackman, of Cherokee, in the State of Iowa, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make public and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time made.

1st. I direct my executor hereinafter named, to pay my just debts and funeral expenses, and to have my remains buried in my burial lot located in the Cemetery at Maple Park, Illinois, and to place a suitable tombstone on said lot at a cost not to exceed $200.

2nd. I give and bequeath to Rosetta Schwartz of Cherokee, Iowa, all of the household goods that I now own or may hereafter acquire.

3rd. I give and bequeath to my nephew J. M. Postle of Dekalb, Illinois, two thirds of all the rest and residue of my property real, personal or mixed wheresoever situated, which I now own or any hereafter acquire, and of which I shall die seized and possessed; and to my nephew, Bernard Postle, I give and bequeath the remaining one third of all the rest and residue of my property, real, personal or mixed wheresoever situated, which I now own or may hereafter acquire, and of which I shall die seized or possessed.

4th. I name, constitute and appoint my said nephew, J. M. Postle, executor of this my last will and testament and request that by executer be not required to give bond for the performance of his duty as such.

I, N. N. Schwartz do solemnly swear that I was acquainted with S. B. Blackman during his lifetime and that he departed this life near the town of Cherokee Cherokee County, in the State of Iowa on the 3rd day of August A. D. 1904.
