CROZIER. A country postoffice on Coon river, in Grant township, Buena Vista county, 8 miles northeast of Storm Lake, the county seat, 7 northwest of Newell, on the I. C. Ry, the nearest railroad station and banking point. Settled in 1873, it contains a German Methodist church, and ships produce. It is on the semi-weekly stage route from Newell to Sioux Rapids, 19 miles north. Mail, 4 times weekly. J. N. Smith, postmaster.
