Tuesday morning at 9 o’clock at the St. Francis de Sales Catholic church at Ossian, Rev M. J. Thiltgen officiating, occurred the marriage of Miss Catherine Miller of this vicinity to Mr. Joe Einck of Festina. They are two well known young people. They were attended by Mr. Ted Uhlenhake of Festina, a nephew of the groom, and Miss Carrie Miller, a sister of the bride. After the services at the church they repaired to the home of the bride’s parents, where breakfast was served and a small gathering was held, only the brothers and sisters of the contracting parties were present. They departed on the same day for St. Paul and Charles City on a honeymoon trip for a short visit with relatives, after which they will return and depart for their future home in Minnesota, at which place the groom owns a farm. This community extends hearty congratulations and good wishes to the young couple.
