On Tuesday, April 16th, at 9 o’clock, at the home of the bride’s mother, Mrs. Mat Balk, occurred the marriage of her daughter Jennie to Mr. Lew Winters of St. Lucas. The best man was Andrew Balk, brother of the bride, and Miss Milly Winters, sister of the groom, for bridesmaid. Father Wagener of Cresco officiated. The newlyweds will reside on a farm near Cresco.
