Removal burial - to Mt.Grove Mo. (Funeral Director John Hanson, Forest City, Iowa).

On burial record stated:
Mother: Sarah Sullivan
Father: Albert Peebles
Occupation: Farmer
Cause of death: Congestive heart failure
Religion: Baptist
Funeral services were conducted at Funeral Home, with Rev. Bernard Rust conducting.
Charged to: James and Ray Peebles, R#, Thompson, Iowa.
Also stated he died at the home of his son, and was a resident in the county of Winnebago for four years.
