Miller Funeral Held Thursday At Centerville
Youth Is Buried In Genoa [Wayne County] Cemetery
Funeral services for Harold Robert Miller, seven year old son of Mr. and Mrs. H. R. Miller, of Centerville, were held Thursday. Harold died of scarlet fever. Burial was in the Genoa Cemetery.
Obituary
Harold Robert Miller, son of Mr. and Mrs. H. R. Miller, was born at Chariton, Iowa, April 10, 1925. He departed this life at the home of his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Will Weist at Genoa, Iowa, November 16, 1932. He had a kind and loving disposition, which enabled him to enjoy life to its fullest extent. He found great interest in his school work and made real friends with his little classmates. He was enrolled in the third grade at Centerville school, where he will be greatly missed as evidenced by the letters they sent him during his brief illness. He attended Sunday school regularly and took great interest in reading stories about Jesus. Those left to mourn his loss are his grief stricken parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harley Miller of Centerville, Iowa; his grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Ed Miller of Brazil, Iowa; Mr. and Mrs. Will Weist of Genoa, Iowa. There are also a large number of relatives and friends who will grieve his departure.
