BRIGHTON - Clarence Bernard Hook, 80, lifetime resident of the Pleasant Plain Community, died Friday at his home south of Pleasant Plain.
Services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at the Gould Funeral Home in Brighton with the Rev. Wilfred Tucker officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery at Brighton.
Clarence Bernard Hook was born Sept. 27, 1897, the son of Bernard and Ann Weible Hook. He was born on the same farm where he lived his entire life and died.
He was married June 18, 1924, to Florence Tucker.
Survivors include two sons, Charles of Fairfield, and Ralph at home; one grandchild, three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one sister.
Hook was a farmer all of his life, retiring in 1961.
