Rodger Prince

Rodger Prince, 58, 549 S. Mason Road, St. Louis, died at 9:58 p.m. Friday, Nov. 30, 1990, at St. John's Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis.

The service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Behner Funeral Home with the Rev. Ernest DeWitt officiating. Burial will be in Bethesda Cemetery. Family visitation will be 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to the American Cancer Fund.

Prince was born Dec. 28, 1931, in Fairfield, the son of Paul and Frances Schillerstrom Prince. He married Marolynn Benson Sept. 9, 1956, at Ottumwa. He had lived most of his life in St. Louis, where he was an accountant for the Monsanto Corporation for 30 years. He served in the U.S. Army and was a member of Mount Zion Methodist Church in St. Louis.

Surviving are his wife; two sons, Drew of Dayton, Ohio, Steven of Kirksville, Mo.; his mother of Fairfield; five brothers, Donald of Columbus, Ind., Joseph of Tucson, Ariz., David of St. Louis, Allen of Fairfield, Robert of Minneapolis and one sister, Rose Emry of San Diego.
