Zena Sutton asks for a decree of divorce from Lewis Sutton on grounds of desertion. They have been residents of the state for ten years and of Creston over a year. Married Septmeber 20, 1912 in Pierce, Nebraska. She is fifteen years old.
She alleges in her petition that defendant sold household goods that she had to come to the home of relatives for food and protection.
